补肾祛寒治尪汤联合甲氨蝶呤治疗类风湿关节炎肾虚寒盛证的疗效与安全性评价

目的：研究类风湿关节炎肾虚寒盛证使用补肾祛寒治尪汤与甲氨蝶呤联合治疗的效果及安全性.方法：选取100例我院2010年7月～2013年7月期间收治的类风湿关节炎肾虚寒盛证患者,将所有患者随机分为两组,各50例.其中对照组给予甲氨蝶呤进行治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上外加补肾祛寒治尪汤联合治疗.结果：两组患者治疗后对比发现,观察组总有效率及不良反应率分别为86%和2%,对照组总有效率及不良反应率分别为68%和12%.观察组明显较好,P〈0.05;观察组患者VAS评分下降幅度更大,P〈0.05.结论：使用甲氨蝶呤与补肾祛寒治尪汤联合治疗类风湿关节炎肾虚寒盛证效果显著,值得临床推广及应用.

Evaluation on efficacy and safety of Zhiwang Decoction combined withMethotrexate for rheumatoid arthritis with kidney deficiency and coldexcession

Objective： To study the efficacy and the safety of Zhiwang Decoction combined with Methotrexate for rheumatoid arthritiswith kidney deficiency and cold excession. Methods： 100 cases of rheumatoid arthritis with kidney deficiency and cold excession in ourhospital during July, 2010 to July, 2013 were randomly divided into two groups, 50 cases in each group. The patients in the control groupwere treated with Methotrexate, while patients in the observation treated with Zhiwang Decoction based on the therapy for the controlgroup. Results： Compared the results of the two groups, the total effective rate and the side effect rate of the observation group wererespectively 86%, 2%, while those of the control group were 68%, 12%. The observation group was better, P〈0.05; VAS scores of patientsin the observation group obviously declined, P〈0.05. Conclusion： Zhiwang Decoction combined with Methotrexate has an obvious effecton rheumatoid arthritis with kidney deficiency and cold excession, which is worthy of promotion.
