中医针灸治疗面瘫的临床疗效探析

目的：探究中医针灸治疗面瘫的疗效。方法：选取2012年6月-2013年6月在我院康复科进行治疗的面瘫患者120例，其中周围性面瘫78例，中枢性面瘫42例。根据随机分组的方法将患者分为两组，每组60例，两组患者均采用中医针灸疗法，对照组采用中医传统取穴方法，平补平泻；观察组取穴采用局部取穴＋辨证取穴＋辨病取穴的方法，并根据病情辨证虚实采用相应的补泻手法。治疗周期为15d。观察两组患者的临床疗效。结果：观察组的有效率明显高于对照组，且具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论：局部取穴＋辨证取穴＋辨病取穴的方法治疗面瘫疗效肯定值得临床推广。

A clinical analysis of treating facial paralysis by acupuncture in TCM

Objective：To investigate clinical effects of acupuncture in TCM on facial paralysis. Methods：120 patients （78 cases of peripheral facial paralysis, 42 cases of central facial paralysis） were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group, 60 cases for each. The control group was given Pingbu Pingxie acupuncture therapy;while the observation group was given local acupoints＋differentiational acupoints＋identified diseases acupoints therapy, at the same time, Buxie therapy according to the actual situation of the disease was applied, 15 days for one course, clinical effects were observed. Results： The total efficiency in the observation group was significantly better than that in the control （P〈0.05）. Conclusion：The efficacy of local acupoints＋differentiational acupoints＋identified diseases acupoints therapy was significant and confirmed.
