| 摘 要： | 目的：观察射干麻黄汤加减配合西药雾化治疗支气管哮喘（寒哮）急性发作的疗效。方法：支气管哮喘（中医辨证为寒哮）急性发作期70例患者随机分为对照组和治疗组，每组35例。对照组给予射干麻黄汤汤剂，治疗组在对照组的基础上加用雾化剂布地奈德混悬液，两组均以7d为1个疗程。结果：两组治疗后中医临床症状及疗效均较治疗前显著下降（P〈0.05）。结论：射干麻黄汤加减配合西药雾化对于支气管哮喘（寒哮）急性发作期的中医证候疗效较好，临床控制率优势明显，值得临床推广应用。

Clinical observation on treating bronchial asthma in children in the integrative medicine |

| Abstract: | Objective： To observe efficacy of the Shegan Mahuang decoction plus western medicine aerosol therapy on acute exacerbation of bronchial asthma. Methods：70 patients were randomly divided into the control group and the treatment group, 35 cases for each. The control group was given the Shegan Mahuang decoction;the treatment group was given aerosol budesonide suspension more, 7 days for one course. Results： The Shegan Mahuang decoction plus western medicine aerosol therapy on acute exacerbation of bronchial asthma was worthy of clinical promotion with confirmed efficacy. |
