中西医结合治疗牙周炎80例临床疗效观察

目的：观察中西医结合治疗牙周炎的临床疗效。方法：将80例病人随机分为治疗组和对照组各40例，两组均采用牙周炎的常规局部洁治和口服甲硝唑治疗，治疗组辨证使用中药。两个月为一疗程，治疗一个疗程后进行疗效判定。结果：治疗组总有效率92．5％。对照组总有效率为61％。两组比较，治疗组优于对照组。结论：中西医结合治疗牙周炎的临床疗效显著。

Efficacy observation on treatment of 80 cases with periodontitis by integrated Chinese and western medicine

Objective： To observe the clinical curative effect of integrated Chinese and western medicine on periodontitis. Methods： 80 patients were randomly divided into a treatment group and a control group, 40 cases in each group, two groups were treated with regular local clean governance and oral metronidazole,while patients in the treatment group were also treated with Traditional Chinese Medicine. Two months for a period of treatment, the evaluation was taken after one course of treatment. Results： The total effective rate of the treatment group was 92.5%, while that of the control group was 61%. Compared with two groups, the treatment group was better than the control group. Conclusion： The integrated Chinese and western medicine has an obvious clinical curative effect on periodontitis.
