中西医结合治疗视神经萎缩的疗效观察与分析

目的：探讨针对视神经萎缩患者，选择中西医结合疗法完成治疗后获得的临床疗效。方法：选取我院2012年03月～2014年03月视神经萎缩患者126例。通过随机数表法将所有视神经萎缩患者分为D1组（治疗组63）与D2组（对照组63例）。D1组：采用中西医结合疗法给予临床治疗，D2组：采用西医疗法给予临床治疗。此后，对比D1组与D2组视神经萎缩患者的临床治疗效果。结果：两组视神经萎缩患者分别完成治疗后，在临床治疗总有效率方面，D1组与D2组表现出显著差异，前者优于后者明显（P〈O．05）。结论：针对视神经萎缩患者，选择中西医结合疗法给予临床治疗，获得的治疗效果明显，在改善患者的视野以及患者的视力等方面，发挥了显著的临床应用价值。

Efficacy observation and analysis on treatment of optic atrophy by integrated Chinese and western medicine

Objective： To investigate clinical effects of treatment of optic atrophy by integrated Chinese and western medicine. Methods： 126 cases with optic atrophy in our hospital from March, 2012 to March, 2014 were randomly divided into Group D1 （63 cases in the treatment group） and Group D2 （63 cases in the control group ）. Group D2： treated with western therapy; Group DI： treated with integrated Chinese and western medicine. After treatment, the clinical effects of Group D1 and Group D2 with optic atrophy were compared. Results： After treatment, in the clinical treatment of the total efficiency, D1 and D2 groups showed significant difference, the former was obviously better than the latter （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： For optic atrophy patients, the integrated treatment of Chinese and western medicine can obtain obvious therapeutic effect and play a significant value in improving the vision and visual acuity.
