针刺双侧合谷配合张口运动及理疗治疗颞下颌关节紊乱症疗效观察

目的：观察比较针刺双侧合谷配合张口运动及理疗和口服消炎痛加TDP照射治疗颞下颌关节紊乱症（TMD）的临床疗效差异。方法：将92例颞下颌关节紊乱症患者随机分为治疗组和对照组，每组46例。治疗组采用针刺双侧合谷配合张口运动及理疗治疗，1次/d，30min/次；对照组口服消炎痛加TDP照射。两组均以治疗7d为1个疗程，治疗2个疗程后进行疗效观察。结果：治疗组总有效率为97.8%，对照组总有效率为80.4%，治疗组疗效明显优于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论：针刺双侧合谷配合张口运动及理疗治疗颞下颌关节紊乱症能取得更好的疗效。

Effective observation on treating temporomandibular joint disorders by acupuncture and open movement plus physical therapy

Objective：To observe and compare clinical efficacy of acupuncture and opening movement plus physical therapy, and TDP, indomethacin on TMD. Methods： 92 cases of temporomandibular joint disorders were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, each group of 46 cases. The treatment group used acupunctue with opening movement and physical therapy, 1 time per day, each time for 30min. The control group used indomethacin with TDP irradiation treatment. The two groups were treated for 7 days as a course of treatment after two courses to observe therapeutic effects. Results：The total efficacy of the treatment group was 97.8%, the total effective rate of the comparison group was 80.4%. The curative effect of the treatment group was better than that in the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Acupuncturing and opening movement plus physiotherapy in the treatment of temporomandibular joint disorders showed a better therapeutic effect.
