王祥麒教授治疗乳腺癌的经验总结

目的：总结王祥麒教授治疗乳腺癌的临床经验。方法：通过跟师学习，整理并总结王祥麒教授治疗乳腺癌的经验。结果：王祥麒教授认为本病以肝郁脾虚为主，可伴有不同程度的气滞血瘀、毒结湿困、冲任失调、心神失养等症状，病性以虚为主，或虚中夹实，病位与肝、脾、胃、冲、任关系最密切。临床治疗以调和肝脾、化痰散结为主，采用“柴胡郁金汤”，同时配合心理疏导。结论：王祥麒教授治疗乳腺癌疗效显著。

Experience of Prof. WANG Xiang-qi for treating breast cancer

Objective： To summarize clinical experience of Prof.WANG Xiang-qi for treating breast cancer. Methods： Clinical experience of Prof.WANG Xiang-qi for treating breast cancer was summarized through teacher following. Results：The professor thought that the main reason in the disease was Ganyu Pixu, at the same time, Qizhi Xueyu, Dujie Shikun, Chongren Shitiao, Xinshen Shiyang symptoms were auxiliary in the disease. Disease-bit was closely related to Gan, Pi, Wei, Chong, Ren. Tiaohe Ganpi, Huatan Sanjie plays important role in clinical treatment, the Chaihu Yujin decoction plus psychological counseling were applied. Conclusion： Effects of the treatment were good.
