| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨小脑梗塞眩晕的临床特点及中医药辨证施治。方法：通过对41例小脑梗塞患者引起眩晕的表现及治疗情况进行总结。结果：小脑梗塞眩晕患者运用自拟＂眩晕方＂进行辨证施治,41例患者中有27例患者服用眩晕方治愈,12例好转,2例患者服用无效,总有效率达到95.12%。取得了较为满意的效果。

| Abstract: | Objective：To discuss the clinical characteristic and TCM in differentiation of cerebellar infarction dizziness.Methods：Summarizing the expression and treatment situation of 41 cases of cerebellar infarction dizziness.Results：Treating cerebellar infarction dizziness with Yunxuan fang,in these 41 cases,27 cases were cured,12 cases improved,2 cases invalid,the total effective rate was 95.12%,achieved satisfactory results. |
