温针灸治疗80例退行性膝关节炎的临床研究

目的：探讨温针灸在退行性膝关节炎治疗中的临床应用价值。方法：本文采用前瞻性研究,共收集80例2008年1月～2010年12月在我院就诊的退行性膝关节炎患者,随机分为两组,分别给予中医治疗及温针灸治疗,比较两组患者的疗效。结果：研究组和对照组的治疗总有效率为92.5%和80.0%,经卡方检验后,两组疗效的差异有统计学意义（x^2=18.36,P〈0.05）。结论：温针灸治疗退行性膝关节炎能取得较好的疗效,值得在临床上推广应用。

Clinical study of treating 80 cases of acupuncture of degenerative arthritis of the knee by warm acupuncture

Objective： To investigate the temperature of acupuncture in the treatment of degenerative arthritis of the knee in clinical application. A prospective study ois method, 80 cases were collected in January 2008 - December 2010 in our hospital degenerative arthritis of the knee were randomly divided into two groups, were given traditional Chinese medicine acupuncture treatment and temperature were compared efficacy in patients. Results The study group and control group total effective rate was 92.5% and 80.0%, by chi-square test, the difference between two groups was statistically significant （x^2 =18.36, P〈0.05）. Conclusion warm acupuncture treatment of degenerative arthritis of the knee can achieve better results, worthy of clinical application.
