穴位注射治疗椎基底动脉供血不足性眩晕的疗效观察

目的：观察穴位注射治疗椎基底动脉供血不足性眩晕的疗效。方法：将椎基底动脉供血不足性眩晕患者80例随机分为2组,治疗组40例在常规内科药物治疗基础上加用穴位注射治疗,对照组40例用常规内科药物治疗,2组疗程均为lOd。结果：治疗组总有效率为94%高于对照组的82%,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。治疗后治疗组LVA、RVA、BA的血流速度改善均高于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论：穴位注射治疗椎基底动脉供血不足性眩晕的疗效显著,值得临床推广使用。

Efficacy of treating vertebrobasilar insufficiency vertigo by point injection

Objective： To observe the point-injection treatment of vertebrobasilar insufficiency vertigo effect. Method： Vertebrobasilar insufficiency Vertigo 80 patients were randomly divided into two groups, treatment group, 40 patients in the conventional medical therapy based on the use of point injection therapy, the control group of 40 patients with conventional medical therapy, 2 treatment groups were l0d. Results： The total effective rate was 94% higher than the 82% difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. After treatment, LVA, RVA, BA improvement of blood flow velocity were higher （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Injection： for vertebrobasilar insufficiency vertigo effect is significant, worthy of clinical use.
