| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨中药辨证治疗手足口病的临床效果。方法：选取我院2008年1月-2010年1月收治的手足口病患者226例，随机分为两组。治疗组给予中药辨证治疗，对照组给予利巴韦林片口服治疗，对比观察两组病例的治疗效果。结果：两组病例临床疗效的比较，治疗组明显优于对照组，两者之间差异显著（P〈0．05）。结论：在手足口病患者的临床治疗中，中医辨证治疗方法具有疗效稳定、经济、合理的特点，值得推广和应用。

Clinical observation of treating 113 cases of HFMD in TCM differentiation |

| Abstract: | Objective： To explore the clinical effect of TCM differential treat HFMD. Methods： Selected 226 cases of HFMD patients in our hospital from January 2008 to January 2010 randomly divided into 2 groups. Treatment group applying TCM differentiation treatment, while control group applying ribavirin tablets in oral, then compared the treatment effect of two groups. Results： Treatment group was obviously better than control group in the comparison of two groups＇ clinical effect, which had obviously difference （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： In the clinical treatment of HFMD, TCM differentiation treatment had the characteristic of efficacy and stability, economic and rational, so it was worth widely using. |
