针灸配合药膏治疗慢性盆腔炎的疗效观察

目的：对采用针灸方法与中药药膏配合对患有慢性盆腔炎的患者进行治疗的临床效果进行比较观察。方法：随机抽取在2007年10月～2009年10月在我院就诊的患有慢性盆腔炎的患者112例,将其分为A、B两组各56例。A组采用针灸的方法进行治疗,B组在A组治疗基础上采用外贴中国灸的方法进行治疗。对两组患者的临床治疗效果和治疗过程中的不良反应和并发症情况进行比较分析。结果：研究结果显示,B组的临床治疗效果明显优于A组,有显著的统计学差异（P〈0.05）;两组患者在治疗过程中均没有出现特别严重的不良反应和并发症现象,没有显著的统计学差异（P〉0.05）。结论：采用中药药膏与针灸方法配合对患有慢性盆腔炎的患者进行治疗的临床效果十分明显,具有安全性高、见效快、效果好、不良反应少、不易复发等优点,值得在今后的临床治疗工作中予以应用和推广。

Effects observation on treating chronic pelvic inflammatory disease in acupuncture plus ointment

Objective：Compared and observed the clinical effect of treating patients with chronic pelvic inflammatory disease in acupuncture plus TCM ointment.Methods：112 cases of patients with chronic pelvic inflammatory disease from October 2007 to October 2009 in our hospital were randomly divided into A and B for 56 cases in each.Group A applying acupuncture,based on that,group B applying Chinese moxibustion to post outside,then compared clinical effects,adverse reactions during treatment and situation of complications.Result：The result showed that the clinical effect in group B was obviously better than group A,which had significant statistically differences（P〈0.05）;There were no serious phenomenon of adverse reactions and complications,and no significant statistically differences（P〉0.05）.Conclusion：It had obviously clinical effect that treating patients with chronic pelvic inflammatory disease in acupuncture plus TCM ointment,which had many advantages,such as safe,quick,working,less of adverse reactions and no recurrence, and so on,so it was worth widely using in clinical application.
