| 摘 要： | 目的：观察血栓通治疗难治性肾病综合征的疗效。方法：将难治性肾病综合征患者108例随机分为两组,观察组给予血栓通,对照组不给予,比较两组患者疗效和不良反应。结果：观察组总有效率明显高于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论：血栓通治疗难治性肾病综合征疗效较好。

| Abstract: | Objective： To observe the thrombus through the treatment of refractory nephrotic syndrome. Methods： The nephrotic syndrome 108 patients were randomly divided into two groups, observation group Xueshuantong the control group not given, two groups were compared the efficacy and adverse reactions. Results： The total effective rate was significantly higher （P〈0.05）. |
