甩手疗法治疗老年人肱骨外科颈骨折86例疗效观察

目的:观察甩手疗法治疗老年人肱骨外科颈骨折的临床疗效。方法:86例老年人肱骨外科颈骨折患者,直接采用上肢皮肤牵引,早期行患肢甩手活动,使骨折逐步复位与功能锻炼同时进行,配合早期中药内服、外敷,后期外洗治疗,达到骨折愈合和肩关节功能早期恢复。结果:全部病例平均在11周内达到骨折骨性愈合,有5例对粘胶条过敏,余无并发症发生。结论:老年人肱骨外科颈骨折可通过持续皮肤牵引甩手锻炼达至骨折复位及早期功能恢复,患者离床活动及不制动患肢,可避免因长期外固定和制动引起的肩关节活动障碍,结合中药治疗可改善血液循环,并有消肿止痛、减少粘连作用。

Efficacy observation on treating elderly surgical neck of humerus fracture by Shuaishou method

Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of treating elderly surgical neck of humerus fracture by Shuaishou method.
