| 摘 要： | 腰椎间盘突出症是由于腰椎间盘发生退行性病变纤维环破裂、髓核突出，刺激或压迫神经根而引起以腰痛、下肢坐骨神经放射性痛为特征的腰腿痛疾惠。作为临床常见病、多发病，严重影响患者的生活质量。近年来国内学者对于中药治疗腰椎间盘突出症的研究有了一些进步，本文将试述中药治疗腰椎间盘突出症的各家辨证分型、治疗用药及中药药理的研究。

| Abstract: | Lumbar disc hemiation is due to lumbar disc happened degenerative disease annulus rupture, herniated nucleus, stimulate or oppress nerve root led to lumbocrural pain disorders characterized by low back pain, lower limb sciatic nerve radioactive pain. As a clinical multiple, common diseases, it seriously affect the quality of life of patients. Domestic scholars in recent years, had improved the research on treating lumbar disc herniation in TCM, the article will narrate the research on the syndrome differentiation of scholars in treating lumbar disc herniation in TCM, therapeutic use, and pharmacology of TCM. |
