自拟祛瘀通络汤辨证加减治疗急性脑梗死168例临床分析

目的：观察自拟祛瘀通络汤辨证加减治疗急性脑梗死的临床疗效。方法：将急性脑梗死患者随机分为治疗组168例与对照组168例。治疗组给予自拟祛瘀通络汤辨证加减联合常规西医治疗，对照组仅给予常规西医治疗。两组每天治疗1次，15d为1个疗程，共治疗2个疗程。采用神经功能缺损评分判定疗效。结果：治疗组总有效率为95.83%，对照组总有效率为76.79%，治疗组疗效明显优于对照组。两组神经功能缺损评分均显著低于治疗前（P〈0.05），治疗后组间比较有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论：自拟祛瘀通络汤辨证加减联合西医常规治疗急性脑梗死疗效更好，能明显改善患者神经功能缺损症状，提高患者日常生活能力及生活质量。

A clinical analysis of treating 168 cases of acute cerebral infarction with the Quyu Tongluo decoction

Objective：To observe clinical effects of the Quyu Tongluo decoction on acute cerebral infarction. Methods：The patients with acute cerebral infarction were randomly divided into two groups. The treatment group （168 cases） was given the Quyu Tongluo decoction plus routine western medicine, while the control group （168 cases） was given routine western medicine solo, effects were assessed by neurological functional deficiency score. Results： The total efficacy in two groups was 95.83% and 76.79% respectively （P〈0.05）. Scores of Neural function defect in two groups were significantly lower than before （P〈0.05）. The difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion：The curative effect of the Quyu Tongluo decoction was better, the decoction can significantly improve the neural function-defect symptoms and the life quality.
