补肾健骨汤治疗股骨头缺血性坏死的疗效研究

目的：研究补肾健骨汤对治疗股骨头缺血性坏死的临床疗效。方法：对2008年4月-2009年3月期间来我院接受治疗的158例股骨头坏死患者，服用补肾健骨汤进行治疗，疗程一个月，所有患者在两个疗程后均进行检查，观察疗效。结果：158例患者在治疗两个疗程后，临床症状得到了较大的改善，总有效率达82．9％。此外，补肾健骨汤对不同程度的股骨头坏死患者的疗效不同，具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论：补肾健骨汤在治疗股骨头缺血性坏死的疗效令人满意，具有一定临床指导意义。

Effects research on treating avascular necrosis with Bushen Jiangu decoction

Objective： To study the clinical effect of treating avascular necrosis with Bushen Jiangu decoction. Methods： 158 cases of patients with avascular necrosis in our hospital from April 2008 to March 2009 applying Bushen Jiangu decoction for one month as a course. All patients were taken a clinical examination after two courses, and observed their effects. Results： After two courses treatment, all of 158 patients get a greatly improved in the clinical symptoms, which total effective rate arrived to 82.9%. In addition, the patients with different degrees of avascular necrosis would show different efficacy after applying Bushen Jiangu decoction, which difference had statistical significance （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： It had satisfactory effect that treating avascular necrosis with Bushen Jiangu decoction, which also had a certain clinical significance.
