益气通脉法治疗冠心病143例

目的：用益气通脉法治疗冠心病临床效果观察,为治疗提供依据。方法：选取临床143例患者,用益气通脉法为基础方,根据不同证型灵活加减药物,进行疗效观察。结果：显效79例,指胸闷胸痛症状消失,心电图恢复正常。改善55例,指胸闷胸痛症状减轻,心电图T波线有改善。无效9例,指无明显效果。总有效率93%。结论：益气通脉法治疗冠心病疗效明显,值得在临床推广应用。

Treating 143 cases of coronary heart disease by the Yiqi Tongmai method

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of the Yiqi Tongmai therapy on treating coronary heart disease,provide the basis for the treatment.Methods:143 patients were given the Yiqi Tongmai therapy-based approach,according to different type certificate and flexible drug to curative effects.Results:79 cases were markedly effective,refers to the chest tightness chest pain symptoms disappeared,electrocardiogram is back to normal.Improved 55 patients,refers to the chest tightness chest pain reduce,electrocardiogram T wave line have improved.9 cases failed,with no obvious effect means.The total effective rate was 93%.Conclusion:Treating coronary heart disease by the Yiqi Tongmai therapy has a good effect;it is worthy of promotion in the clinical application.
