中医调护在高血压阴虚体质患者应用的效果

目的:分析中药调护在高血压阴虚体制患者的应用效果。方法:选取2011年3月~2013年3月间,我院收治的高血压患者92例为研究对象进行回顾性分析,随机分为对照组和治疗组,对照组应用西药进行治疗,研究组在此基础上进行中药调护干预,对比效果。结果:治疗组患者血压下降情况优于对照组,干预效果较好,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),中药调护对于患者阴虚体质状况改善明显,面色潮红、失眠眩晕、易烦躁易怒等症状大部分消失或改善显著,效果较好。结论:中药调护在高血压阴虚体质患者中的应用效果很好,能显著改善血压控制状况与阴虚体质状况,值得大力推广应用。

Effect of Chinese medicine nursing in patients with hypertension with Yin deficiency constitution

Conclusion： the application effect of Chinese medicine nursing in hypertension patients with Yin deficiency constitution is very good, can improve blood pressure control status and yin deficiency constitution condition, and it is worth popularizing application.
