穴位注射治疗糖尿病周围神经病变84例

目的：探讨穴位注射联合甲钴胺片治疗糖尿病周围神经病变的临床疗效。方法：170例糖尿病周围神经病变患者按随机数字表法分为治疗组84与对照组86例。对照组予甲钴胺片500μg/次，3次/d。治疗组在此基础上予以穴位注射治疗，穴取双侧太溪、昆仑、三阴交、足三里、丰隆、阳陵泉、合谷、曲池、肾俞。进针得气后注射丹参注射液穴位注射0.5～1.0 ml。40天后比较两组的临床疗效，采用肌电图机检测两组的双侧正中神经以及胫神经的感觉传导速度（SCV）和运动传导速度（MCV）。结果：①治疗组的治疗总有效率为89.3%，显著高于对照组的73.2%，经x2检验P〈0.05，差异有统计学意义。②两组治疗后正中神经与胫神经的MCV及SCV较治疗前均显著提高；且比较治疗后的MCV及SCV提高水平，治疗组显著优于对照组，经t检验P〈0.05，差异有统计学意义。结论：穴位注射联合甲钴胺片治疗糖尿病神经病变可有效改善神经症状以及神经电生理，疗效可靠。

84 cases with diabetic peripheral neuropathy treated with acupoint injection

Objective：To investigate the clinical efficacy of treating diabetic peripheral neuropathy with acupoint injection and mecobalamin table .Methods：170 patients with diabetic peripheral neuropathy were randomly divided into treatment group （84） and the control group（86）. Patients in the control group were given mecobalamin tablets, 500μg/time, 3 times/d. Besides the same treatment as the control group, patients in the treatment group were given acupoint injection. The acupoints include Taixi, Kunlin, Sanyinjiao, Zusanli, Fenglong, Yanglingquan, Hegu, Quchi, shenshu. After the acupoints obtained qi, 0.5~1.0 ml Salvia injection was injected to the acupoints. After 40 days, the clinical efficacy of the two groups were compared. The sensory conduction velocity （SCV） and motor conduction velocity （MCV） of bilateral median nerve and tibial nerve were detected by EMG. Results： ①In the treatment group, the total effective rate was 89.3%which was significantly higher than that of the control group （73.2%）.The difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.②Compared with the condition before the treatment, the MCV and SCV of bilateral median nerve and tibial nerve had a significant improvement after the treatment. The improve of the treatment group was more significant than that of the control group. The difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）.Conclusion： Treating diabetic peripheral neuropathy with the combination of mecobalamin and acupoint injection can improve neurological symptoms and neuroelectrophysiology. It is effective and reliable .
