| 摘 要： | 目的：观察半夏泻心汤治疗胃食管反流病的临床疗效。方法：将116例胃食管反流患者，随机分为两组，观察组58例，给予半夏泻心汤治疗，对照组58例，给予常规治疗，观察两组患者疗效。结果：观察组患者接受半夏泻心汤治疗后，症状积分降低程度明显高于对照组患者，（P〈0.05）有统计学意义。结论：半夏泻心汤治疗胃食管反流病有良好的疗效。

Clinical evaluation of the efficacy of Banxia Xiexin decoction on 58 cases with gastroesophageal reflux |

| Abstract: | Objective：To observe the clinical efficacy of Banxia Xiexin Decoction for gastroesophageal reflux .Methods：116 cases of GERD patients were randomly divided into two groups, 58 cases in the observation group treated with Banxia Xiexin Decoction, and 58 cases in the control group treated with conventional treatment. And the effects of two groups were observed. Results：After the treatment of Banxia Xiexin Decoction , the degree of symptom score in the treatment group was significantly higher than that in the control group（P〈0.05） which was statistically significant. Conclusion：Banxia Xiexin Decoction has a good effect on gastroesophageal reflux disease. |
