| 摘 要： | 目的:观察辨证治疗肠易激综合征(IBS)的临床疗效。方法:对符合IBS诊断标准的48例患者辨证分为肝郁脾虚、气机郁滞和脾虚湿困三型,并分别给予中药治疗。结果:总有效率达95.8%。结论:辨证分型治疗是IBS的有效治疗方法。

| Abstract: | Objective：To observe the differentiation and treatment of IBS clinical curative effect. Methods：48 cases of patients in accord with IBS diagnostic criteria were divided into three ype of liver stagnation and spleen deficiency qi stagnation and spleen wet storm, and were given medicine treatment. Results：the total effective rate was 95.8%. Conclusion：the syndrome differentiation treatment is an effective method for treatment of IBS. |
