中西医结合治疗溃疡性结肠炎的临床疗效评价

目的:评价中西医结合治疗溃疡性结肠炎的临床疗效。方法:将本院76例经临床及结肠镜检查确诊溃疡性结肠炎患者,按随机分为中西医结合治疗组和单纯西医治疗对照组,中西医结合治疗组采用巴柳氮加中医综合治疗方案,西药对照组给予单纯巴柳氮治疗。疗程均为3个月,对有效病例随访12个月,主要观察临床综合疗效、中医证候积分和复发率。结果:在临床综合疗效方面,中西医结合治疗组和对照组均较治疗前有明显改善,而中西医结合治疗组完全缓解率和总有效率均优于对照组(P<0.05);动态观察治疗后4周、8周、3个月及随访的症状积分,两组均能有效改善临床症状,其中中西医结合治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05);中西医结合治疗组在12个月后随访时的复发率低于对照组,两者比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:中西医结合治疗方案治疗UC在临床近期疗效、远期疗效方面,均明显优于西药巴柳氮组,在抗复发方面更显示出其巨大的优势。

Objective：Integrative evaluation of clinical efficacy of treatment of ulcerative colitis.Method：The clinical and hospital 76 cases diagnosed with ulcerative colitis colonoscopy patients were randomly divided into treatment group and Integrative Medicine Western medicine alone control group,Integrative treatment group balsalazide plus TCM comprehensive treatment program,Western medicine control group was given alone balsalazide therapy.A course of three months, patients were followed up for 12 months, effective,The main observation comprehensive clinical efficacy,TCM syndrome score and recurrence rate.Result：Comprehensive clinical efficacy, the combination therapy group and control group significantly improved compared with before treatment,While the combination therapy group complete remission rate and total effective rate than the control group （P〈0.05）;Dynamic observation and treatment after four weeks, eight weeks, three months and follow-up, symptom scores,Groups can effectively improve the clinical symptoms, including Integrative treatment group than the control group （P〈0.05）;In the combination therapy group at 12 months follow-up after recurrence rate than the control group,In comparison, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.01）.Conclusion：Integrative Medicine program term efficacy in clinical treatment of UC, long-term efficacy,Balsalazide were significantly better than the control group,In the anti-recurrence but also shows its great advantages.
