| 摘 要： | 目的：益宫颗粒和益母草颗粒促进产后恢复的临床疗效比较。方法：将100例顺产的产妇、80例剖宫产的产妇，各随机分成两组，益宫颗粒组、益母草颗粒组，益宫颗粒组产后术后口服益宫颗粒，益母草颗粒组产后术后口服益母草颗粒。结果：益宫颗粒在产后具有促进子宫复旧、缩短恶露持续时间，尤其增加泌乳量方面效果显著。

Clinical observation on improving postpartum recovery of Benefiting-uterus particles and herba leonuri particles |

| Abstract: | Objective：To compare clinical effects of improving postpartum recovery of Benefiting-uterus Particles and Herba Leonuri Particles. Methods：100 women with spontaneous delivery and 80 women with cesarean delivery were respectively divided into two groups randomly, Ben efiting-uterus Par ticles group and Herba L eonuri Part icles group . Aft er d elivery, Ben efiting-uterus Particles gro up were given oral Benefiting-uterus Particles and Herba Leonuri Particles group were given oral Herba Leonuri Particles.Results：Benefiting-uterus Particles show significant efficiency on improvin g uterine r ecovery, shortening duration of lo chia af ter de livery, e specially on incr easing milk yield. |
