滋肾升板汤治疗阴虚血热型慢性特发性血小板减少性紫癜的临床研究

目的:观察滋肾升板汤治疗阴虚血热型慢性特发性血小板减少性紫癜的临床疗效。方法:48例患者随机分为中药治疗组(A组)和西药对照组(B组),治疗组方用滋肾升板汤治疗,对照组用强的松片治疗,3个月为一疗程,连续治疗两个疗程后作疗效判定。结果:滋肾升板汤和强的松均能明显升高血小板数值,但二者无显著差异性;滋肾升板汤在改善中医证候方面优于强的松;滋肾升板汤能够明显改善中医临床紫斑症候。结论:滋肾升板汤治疗阴虚血热型慢性特发性血小板减少性紫癜疗效明显。

Clinical research on treating deficiency of blood heat type of chronic idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura with the Zishen Shengban decoction

Objective: To observe the clinical effects of the Zishen Shengban decoction in treating deficiency of blood heat type of chronic idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura.Methods: 48 cases were randomly divided into TCM groups(group A) and western medicine group(group B),group A was treated with the Zishen Shengban decoction,group B was treated prednisone tablets,3 months for a course,evaluated the therapeutic efficacy after continuous treatment for two courses.Results: The Zishen Shengban decoction and prednisone could significantly elevated platelet values,but no significant differences;The Zishen Shengban decoction was better than prednisone to improve the TCM syndromes;The Zishen Shengban decoction could significantly improve the TCM clinical purpura symptoms.Conclusion: The Zishen Shengban decoction was effective in treating deficiency of blood heat type of chronic idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura.
