中西医结合护理干预对痔疮术后疼痛及尿潴留的影响

目的:探究中西医结合护理干预治疗痔疮患者对术后疼痛感及尿潴留的影响和安全性。方法:选取茂名市中医院2017年12月-2019年1月收治的进行痔疮手术患者120例,按照随机数字表法分为试验组和对照组,每组患者各60例,对照组采用常规护理方法,措施为术前叮嘱患者注意饮食,休息,术后及时为患者换药。试验组采用中西医结合护理方法,措施包括心理干预、饮食护理、创口护理、术后针刺止痛,观察两组患者的术后第1天、第7天的疼痛情况,观察两组患者发生尿潴留、便秘及出血的不良反应发生情况。结果:试验组术后第1天、术后第7天视觉模拟评分(Visual Analogue Scale/Score,VAS)均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义,对照组发生便秘、出血、尿潴留分别为6例、4例和3例,试验组发生便秘和出血各2例,无患者发生尿潴留,试验组便秘、出血、尿潴留不良反应发生率6.67%(4/60)低于对照组21.67%(13/60),差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论:中西医结合护理干预利用中药治疗痔疮手术后患者,较常规护理干预的患者可有效改善痔疮手术后患者的疼痛,减少患者出现尿潴留及不良反应的情况,提高患者术后整体生活质量,具有较高的临床运用价值和运用前景,值得临床上研究推广。

Effect of integrated Chinese and Western medicine nursing intervention on postoperative pain and urinary retention in hemorrhoids

Objective:To explore the effect and safety of Chinese and Western medicine nursing intervention on patients with acne after pain and urinary retention.Methods:120 patients with hemorrhoid surgery admitted to our hospital from December 2017 to January 2019 were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group,with 60 patients in each group.The control group received routine nursing methods.Before the operation,the patient paid attention to diet,rest,and changes the patient’s medicine in time.The experimental group received the integrated Chinese and Western medicine nursing methods.The measures included psychological intervention,diet nursing,wound care,postoperative acupuncture and pain relief.The pain of the first and seventh days after operation were observed.The urine,the adverse reactions to retention,constipation and bleeding of the two groups were observed.Results:The VAS scores of the experimental group were lower than those of the control group on the first day and the 7 th postoperative day.The difference was statistically significant.The constipation,hemorrhage and urinary retention in the control group were 6 cases,4 cases and 3 cases,respectively.There were 2 cases of constipation and hemorrhage,and no urinary retention occurred in the patients of the experimental group.The incidence of constipation,hemorrhage and urinary retention in the experimental group 6.67%(4/60)was lower than that in the control group 21.67%(13/60),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Integrative Chinese and Western medicine nursing intervention can effectively relieve the pain of patients after hemorrhoid surgery in treating patients with hemorrhoids surgery,reduce the occurrence of urinary retention and adverse reactions,and improve the overall quality of life of patients after surgery.It was of high clinical application value and application prospects,which is worthy of clinical research and promotion.
