观察柴胡加龙骨牡蛎汤合泽泻汤治疗眩晕症的临床疗效

目的:眩晕症运用柴胡加龙骨牡蛎汤合泽泻汤治疗的临床效果分析。方法:本研究在2018年4月-2019年4月期间在我院实施治疗的眩晕症患者68例,遵循随机平均分组原则将患者分成观察组与对照组,对照组的34例患者服用西比灵治疗,观察组的34例患者服用柴胡加龙骨牡蛎汤合泽泻汤治疗。结果:观察组患者的治疗效果总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗前研究选取两组患者的基底动脉血流速度比较无显著差异,治疗结束后观察组患者的基底动脉血流速度与对照组比较明显较高(P<0.05)。观察组患者对治疗工作的满意情况明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:眩晕症患者在治疗时运用柴胡加龙骨牡蛎汤合泽泻汤可以显著改善患者的病情,对于患者的身体恢复具有重要意义,患者及其家属对治疗工作的满意情况较好,适宜推荐使用。

Observation on treating vertigo with the Chaihu and Longgu Muli decoctionplus the Zexie decoction

Objective:To analyze the clinical effect of the Chaihu and Longgu Muli decoction(柴胡加龙骨牡蛎汤)plus the Zexie decoction(泽泻汤)on vertigo.Methods:68 patients with vertigo who were treated in our hospital from April 2018 to April 2019 were divided into the observation group and the control group according to the principle of random average grouping,and 34 patients in control group were treated with Sibelium.The observation group were treated with the Chaihu and Longgu Muli decoction plus the Zexie decoction.Results:The total efficiency in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P﹤0.05).After the treatment,the blood flow rate of the basal artery in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P﹤0.05).Patients in the observation group were significantly more satisfied with the treatment than the control group(P﹤0.05).Conclusion:The Chaihu and Longgu Muli decoction plus the Zexie decoction can significantly improve the patient’s condition,is suitable for recommendation.
