穴位贴敷联合中医体质辨别调理治疗原发性痛经的临床研究

目的:探讨穴位贴敷联合中医体质辨别调理治疗原发性痛经的临床疗效。方法:选择2017年3月-2019年3月我院收治的原发性痛经患者68例,采用随机数字表法分为两组,各34例。对照组给予穴位贴敷,观察组给予穴位贴敷联合中医体质辨别调理治疗,比较两组疗效、阳虚体质积分、中医症状积分、疼痛程度及血液流变学指标。结果:观察组总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组阳虚体质积分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗后中医症状积分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗后视觉模拟评分法(Visual Analogue Scale,VAS)评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗后全血粘度、红细胞(Red Blood Cell,RBC)最大聚集指数、纤维蛋白原、红细胞压积、血浆粘度低于对照组,RBC最大变形指数高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:穴位贴敷联合中医体质辨别调理治疗原发性痛经疗效好,可有效缓解患者痛经症状,降低疼痛程度,改善患者体质及血液流变学指标,促进子宫微循环。

A clinical study on treating primary dysmenorrhea by acupoint application with recuperating according to TCM constitution

Objective: To explore the clinical efficacy of acupoint application with recuperating according to TCM constitution on primary dysmenorrhea. Methods: 68 patients were divided into two groups by random number table method, each with 34 cases. The control group was treated by acupoint application, and the observation group was treated by recuperating according to TCM constitution more. Results: The total efficiency in the observation group was higher than the control group(P<0.05). Scores in the Yangxu constitution (阳虚体质) in the observation group was lower than the control group(P<0.05). TCM symptom scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05). VAS scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05). The whole blood viscosity, RBC maximum aggregation index, fibrinogen, hematocrit and plasma viscosity in the observation group were lower than the control group, and the maximum deformation index of RBC was higher than the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion: Acupoint application with recuperating according to TCM constitution is effective on primary dysmenorrhea, by alleviating the symptoms of dysmenorrhea, reducing pain, improving the physique and blood rheology, and promoting microcirculation in the uterus.
