个体化医学营养治疗对妊娠期糖尿病患者影响的研究进展

妊娠期糖尿病发病率呈不断升高趋势,妊娠期糖尿病可对母婴的健康产生近期和远期的影响,如先天畸形、自然流产、巨大儿、早产、羊水过多等诸多不良结局。妊娠期血糖的控制就显得尤为重要,孕妇的血糖控制在合理的范围从而降低妊娠不良结局的发生,干预措施中不可或缺的就是饮食控制,个体化医学营养治疗是所有糖尿病治疗的基础。文章就近些年有关个体化医学营养治疗对妊娠期糖尿病患者影响的最新研究进展进行综述,进一步明确个体化医学营养治疗中存在的问题及重要性,以期更好地改善妊娠期糖尿病患者的母婴结局。

A review on efficacy of individualized medicine nutrition on GDM

The incidence of gestational diabetes mellitus(GDM)is on the rise.GDM can have short-term and long-term effects on the health of mothers and infants,such as congenital malformation,spontaneous,abortion,macrosomia,premature.The control of glucose during pregnancy is particularly important.Glucose in pregnant women in a reasonable range can reduce the occurrence of adverse pregnancy.Diet control is indispen sable in intervention measures.Individualized medical nutrition therapy(IMNT)is the basis of all diabetes treatment.This article reviews the latest research progress on efficacy of individualized medical nutrition therapy on GDM patients in recent years,and further clarifies the problems andimportance of individualized medical nutrition therapy in order to better improve the maternal and infant outcomes of gestational diabetes mellitus patients.
