| 摘 要： | 通过对《世医得效方·卷第十四》产科兼妇人杂病科中属于月经病的内容进行研究,从月经病的辨证和治疗特点入手,总结《世医得效方》对月经病的诊治特点。我们发现,危氏认为月经病皆为血病,皆以“调气为上,调经次之”为治疗原则,在用药上以偏苦、甘、辛、温药为主,以补血调血药为核心,并多空腹温酒送服,还论述了香附子对治疗月经病的重要性,在古人的思想上批判继承提出的新思想为后世治疗月经病有很大启发。

An analysis of menopathy of Shiyi Dexiaofang from Wei Yilin |

| Abstract: | In this article,menopathy of Shiyi Dexiaofang(《世医得效方》)were studied,and the diagnosis and treatment characteristics of menstrual diseases are summarized through the treatment of syndrome differentiation.Tiaoqi(调气)as first rule and Tiaojing(调经)are taken second place of treatment.Mainly Wen medicine(温药)of Ku,Gan and Xin(苦甘辛),and Tiaoxue Buxue(调血补血)medicine is used as the core.Take an empty stomach when taking the medicine,take it with warm wine.The importance of Xiangfuzi(香附子)in the treatment of menstrual disease has been discussed,and new treatment ideas have been proposed. |
