| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨参附注射液治疗脓毒症休克的临床效果。方法:将2017年1月-2019年1月本院收治的60例脓毒症休克患者纳入研究对象。按病历单双号分为对照组和观察组,每组各30例。对照组予以常规治疗;观察组加用参附注射液进行治疗,对比两组患者氧代谢指标及治疗有效率。结果:观察组患者治疗后氧代谢指标及治疗有效率均显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:参附注射液可以有效改善脓毒症休克患者的氧代谢状态,提高患者的治疗效果。

An analysis of treating septic shock with the Shenfu injection |

| Abstract: | Objective:To investigate the clinical efficacy of the Shenfu injection(参附注射液)on septic shock.Methods:According to number of single or double,60 patients were divided into the control group and the observation group,30 cases in each.The control group received the conventional treatment,and the observation group was treated wigh the Shenfu injection.Oxygen metabolism indicators and efficiency between groups were compared.Results:The oxygen metabolism index and efficiency in the observation group were significantly better than the control group(P﹤0.05).Conclusion:The Shenfu injection can effectively improve efficacy and the oxygen metabolism status of patients with septic shock. |
