| 摘 要： | 《伤寒杂病论》是以六经辨证,《伤寒杂病论》六经称之为病,其实即是证。太阳病就是其中之一,太阳病是以脉浮、头项强痛而恶寒等一系列证候为特征,但其中有一种特殊情况即发热恶寒的症状如疟疾发作和少阳病中寒热往来的证候非常相似,但实质不一样,前者为邪在表,表证未解,后者为邪在半表半里,所以使用汤证不一样。

| Abstract: | Shanghan Zabing Lun(《伤寒杂病论》)is a medical classic book.Bing in the Liujing(六经)is also the symptom.Some symotoms in the Leinue symptom(类疟证)in the Taiyang disease(太阳病)is similar with the Hanre Wanglai(寒热往来)symptomin the Shaoyang disease(少阳病),while essence is different.So in clinic,decoctions are applied in different disease. |
