痛泻药方配伍风药的临床应用分析

目的:观察痛泻药方配伍风药在腹泻病中的作用。方法:将本院门诊184例慢性腹泻患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,对照组服用痛泻药方的原方,而治疗组服用痛泻药方配伍风药,治疗两周后,比较两组患者的临床有效率及临床症状。结果:治疗后两组比较,治疗组显效57例,有效31例,总有效率为95.65%;对照组显效46例,有效24例,总有效率为76.09%;两组止泻、恢复食欲、治疗呕吐等积分治疗组明显低于对照组,且差异均有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论:痛泻药方配伍风药治疗慢性腹泻有着明显的疗效,大大缓解了患者的病情,值得向临床推广。

Clinical application analysis of pain laxative recipe plus wind medicine

Objective: To observe the effects of pain laxative recipe plus wind medieine in treating diarrheal disease. Methods: 184 patients with chronic diarrhea were randomly divided into the treated group and the control group; the control group was given the original recipe of pain laxative, while the treated group was given pain laxative recipe plus wind drugs. After treatment of 2 weeks, the clinical efficiency and clinical symptoms of the two groups were compared. Results: In the treated group, markedly effective in 57 cases, effective 31 cases, the total effective rate was 95.65%; in the control group, markedly effective in 46 cases, effective 24 cases, the total effective rate was 76.09%, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion: Pain laxative recipe plus wind medicine was effective in treating chronic diarrhea, worthy of application.
