| 摘 要： | 目的：对中医骨科康复治疗老年骨性关节炎的临床效果进行观察。方法：将本院191例老年骨性关节炎患者随机分威对照组和实验组，其中对照组96例，治疗的方法主要是尼关舒利口服治疗；实验组95例，用的是中医骨科康复治疗方案。结果实验组患者治疗总有效率明显高于对照组，P〈O．05，两组间差异具有显著统计学意义。结论：中医骨科康复治疗老年骨性关节炎效果显著，且有效减轻患者的痛苦，值得临床广泛推广应用。

Clinical observation on treating geratic osteoarthritis in TCM rehabilitative treatment |

| Abstract: | Objective： To investigate the clinical effect of TCM orthopedics rehabilitative treatment in treating geratic osteoarthritis. Methods： 191 patients of geratic osteoarthritis were randomly divided into two groups, 96 patients in the control group and another 95 patients in the treated group. The control group was orally given Nimesulide, while the treated group was given TCM rehabilitative treatment. Results： The total effective rate in the treated group was significantly higher than that in the control group, with a significant difference （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： TCM rehabilitative treatment was effective in treating geratic osteoarthritis, worth a wide clinical application. |
