上下配穴治疗肩周炎30例临床疗效观察

目的：观察上下配穴治疗肩周炎的疗效。方法：本课题将60例肩周炎患者随机分为治疗组和对照组，每组30例。治疗组针刺肩贞、肩隅、肩前、肩骼、曲池、外关、条口，承山；对照组针刺肩贞、肩隅、肩前、肩骼、曲池、外关。比较两组的效果。结果：治疗组总有效率为100％（30／30），对照组总有效率为76．67%（25／30），治疗组临床疗效明显优于对照组（P〈0．05）。结论：运用上下配穴治疗肩周炎疗效理想，可明显减轻疼痛症状、改善关节功能、改善患者生活质量具有重要意义。

Clinical observation on treating 30 cases of shoulder periarthritis with upper-lower selection of acupoints

Objective： To investigate the clinical effect of upper-lower selection of acupoints on treating shoulder periarthritis. Methods： 60 patients of shoulder periarthritis were randomly divided into two groups, 30 in each group. The control group was acupunctured on Jianzhen, Jianyu, Jianqian, Jianliao, Quchi and Waiguan, while the treated group was acupunctured on Jianzhen, Jianyu, Jianqian, Jianliao, Quchi, Waiguan, Koutiao and Chengshan. Results： The total effective rate in the treatedgroup was 100%, significantly higher than that in the control group 76.67%. Conclusion： Upper-lower selection of acupoints was significantly effective on treating shoulder periarthritis, alleviating pains, improving joint function and life quality of the patients.
