| 摘 要： | 目的：观察温阳补肾法治疗老年腰椎间盘突出症的临床疗效。方法：174例病人被随机分为两组,每组87人。试验组采用温阳补肾法进行治疗,对照组单独取用患侧下肢穴位。结果：治疗后试验组总有效率90.8%;对照组总有效率占66.7%。试验组总有效率明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论：温阳补肾法治疗老年腰椎间盘突出症,无毒副作用、创伤小,痛苦小,疗效高,具有一定的推广价值。

Efficacy observation on treating 87 cases of senile lubar intervertebral disc protrusion by the Wenyang Bushen method |

| Abstract: | Objective：To investigate the clinical effect of Wenyang Bushen therapy on treating senile lubar intervertebral disc protrusion.Methods：174 patients were randomly divided into two groups,87 in each group.The control group was acupunctured only on the lower limbs acupoints on the broken side,while the treated group was given Wenyang Bushen therapy.Results：The total effective rate in the treated group was 90.8%,which was significantly higher than that in the control group 66.7%.Conclusion：Wenyang Bushen therapy had a significant effect on treating senile lubar intervertebral disc protrusion. |
