火针配合隔附子片灸治疗阳虚型痤疮的临床研究

目的:观察火针配合隔附子片灸治疗阳虚型痤疮的临床疗效。方法:将90例阳虚型痤疮患者作为研究对象,随机分为火针配合隔附子片灸组、火针组、隔附子片灸组等三组进行临床治疗,对三组临床症状和皮损的改善情况进行观察记录,综合以上指标判断三种不同方法治疗阳虚型痤疮的临床疗效。结果:三组在治疗后疗效明显,炎症情况均有改善,且火针配合隔附子片临床症状和皮损的改善优于火针组和隔附子灸组,A组总有效率为90.00%,B组、C组分别为73.33%、70.00%。A组与B组、C组比较差异明显,P均<0.05,均具有统计学意义。结论:火针配合附子片灸治疗阳虚型痤疮有较好的疗效。

Clinical research on treating acne by fire acupuncture plus moxibustion

Objective：To observe the clinical efficacy of fire acupuncture plus moxibustion through monkshood tablets on treating Yang deficiency type acne. Methods： 90 patients with Yang deficiency type acne were randomly divided into fire acupuncture plus moxibustion group （group A）, fire acupuncture group （group B） and moxibustion through monkshood tablets group （group C）. Clinical symptoms and improvement of skin lesions of three groups were observed and recorded, through the above indicators to determine clinical efficacy of three different methods. Results： In the three groups after treatment efficacy is obvious, inflammation showed improvement. Clinical symptoms and improvement of skin lesions of group A was better than group B and group C. In group A the total efficiency was 90.00%, in group B, group C were 73.33% and 70.00%, group A, group B and group C have significantly differences, P〈0.05, were statistically significant. Conclusion：Fire acupuncture plus moxibustion is effective on treating Yang deficiency type acne.
