| 摘 要： | 目的:分析不同时机中医补益法协同化疗抗结肠癌的有效性。方法:从我院2010年10月-2012年10月收治的结肠癌患者中随机选择60例进行研究,将这60例患者随机分为观察组和对照组两组,每组30例。对照组采用手术治疗,观察组采用不同时机中医补益法联合化疗的方法进行治疗。结果:两组患者在治疗过程中均未出现明显的不良反应。观察组的总有效率为80%,明显高于对照组的50%,经比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:利用不同时机中医补益法联合化疗的方法治疗结肠癌可以取得较好的效果,可以有效延长患者的总生存期,并显著改善生存质量,有效率较高,值得临床大力推广。

A clinical analysis of treating colon cancer by different TCM Buyi therapies |

| Abstract: | Objective： To analyze TCM Buyi therapy with chemotherapy for colon cancer. Methods： 60 cases were randomly divided into observation group and control group, 30 for each group. The control group was treated with operation;in the observation group, different TCM therapies plus chemotherapy were given. Results：The two groups of patients showed no obvious adverse reaction. The total effective rate in observation group was 80%, significantly higher than that in the control group of 50%, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion：The chemotherapy with TCM Buyi therapy for colon cancer can obtain the good effects. |
