关节松动术结合针灸物理治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床疗效观察

目的:观察关节松动术结合针灸物理治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床治疗效果。方法:将104例腰椎间盘突出症患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组采用关节松动术结合针灸物理治疗方法;对照组采用针灸治疗结合物理治疗。治疗前后评定患者的临床疗效,观察两组患者治疗后评定分值。结果:治疗组明显优于对照组P<0.01,临床疗效比较,两组有明显差异P<0.01,可以得出关节松动术配合针灸物理治疗腰椎间盘突出症疗效理想。结论:关节松动术结合针灸物理治疗对腰椎间盘突出症患者在临床症状改善、疼痛减轻方面有理想效果。

Clinical observation on treating lumbar disc herniation by joint mobilization plus physical acupuncture treatment

Objective： To observe the joint mobilization plus acupuncture and physical therapy in lumbar disc herniation. Methods：104 patients with lumbar disc herniation were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, the treatment group received acupuncture plus joint mobilization and physical therapy;control group took acupuncture combined with physical therapy. Results：The treatment group was significantly better than the control group P〈0.01, clinical efficacy of the two groups were significantly different P〈0.01, can draw the joint mobilization physical therapy and acupuncture are ideal treatment for lumbar disc herniation. Conclusion：Joint mobilization with physical therapy of acupuncture in patients with lumbar disc herniation can achieve clinical improvement, pain relief aspects.
