针刺加中医综合护理治疗慢性盆腔炎临床观察

目的:探讨针刺加中医护理治疗慢性盆腔炎的临床疗效。方法:将206例慢性盆腔炎患者随机分成治疗组和对照组各103例,治疗组采取针刺主穴三阴交、关元等加中医综合护理的方式;对照组采取常规的静脉注射头孢噻肟钠、替硝唑及口服中成药丹参酮,金刚藤胶囊等。结果:治疗组总有效率及临床治愈率均明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),且疗程明显缩短。结论:采用针刺加中医综合护理治疗慢性盆腔炎疗效确切,无任何毒副作用和不良反应,具有极好的临床应用价值。

Clinical observation on treating chronic pelvic inflammatory disease by acupuncture plus TCM comprehensive nursing

Objective：To investigate the clinical efficacy of the acupuncture plus TCM comprehensive nursing on treating chronic pelvic inflammatory disease. Methods：206 cases were randomly divided into the treated group and the control group, 103 cases for each, the treated group treated by acupuncturing the main point Sanyinjiao, Guan Yuan plus TCM comprehensive nursing; the control group taking conventional intravenous cefotaxime sodium, tinidazole and oral tanshinone, Jingangteng capsules. Results：The total efficiency and clinical cure rate were significantly higher than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）, and the course was significantly shorter. Conclusion： The acupuncture plus TCM comprehensive nursing has curative effect on treating chronic pelvic inflammatory disease, without any side effects and adverse reactions, with excellent clinical value.
