补肾健脾法治疗PCOS患者排卵障碍的临床研究

目的:观察补肾健脾法治疗多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)患者排卵障碍的临床疗效。方法:将80例PCOS患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组40例采用补肾健脾中药治疗,对照组40例采用克罗米芬(CC)治疗。治疗3个月经周期,观察月经情况、排卵情况、激素水平(LH、FSH、T、P、E2)等的变化情况。结果:两组临床疗效比较,治疗组优于对照组,有统计学差异(P<0.05)。治疗后两组LH、T水平较治疗前明显降低,两组治疗后比较,治疗组LH水平明显低于对照组,有统计学差异(P<0.05),治疗组T与对照组比较无统计学差异(P>0.05)。FSH、E2和P与治疗前比较以及两组治疗后比较均无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论:补肾健脾法能显著改善PCOS患者的内分泌紊乱情况和痤疮、多毛等临床症状,降低体重指数,提高排卵率。

A Clinical Study on treating ovulation disorders in PCOS patients by Bushen Jianpi therapy

Objective： To investigate clinical efficacy of the Bushen Jianpi therapy in treating ovulatory disorders. Methods：80 patients with PCOS were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. In treatment group 40 cases of kidney and spleen took TCM; In the control group of 40 patients took clomiphene citrate （CC） therapy, for three menstrual cycles, observing menstruation , ovulation , hormone levels （LH, FSH, T, P, E2） and other changes. Results：The treatment group than the control group , there are statistical differences （P〈0.05）. After treatment, LH, T levels than before treatment was significantly reduced , the treatment group LH levels were significantly lower than in the control group, and were significantly different （P〈0.05）, no significant difference between the treatment group and the control group for T （P〉0.05）. FSH, E2 and P compared with before treatment and statistically significant （P〉0.05）, showed no difference after treatment. Conclusion：The Bushen Jianpi therapy can significantly improve endocrine disorders and clinical symptoms of acne , hirsutism, lower BMI, improve ovulation rates.
