600例幽门螺杆菌感染者中医体质分析

目的:探讨幽门螺杆菌(Hp)感染者的中医体质情况。方法:采用中医体质九分法对600例Hp感染者进行体质辨识及分析,研究各体质型的Hp抗体情况,患病长短与Hp抗体间的关系。结果:湿热质、痰湿质居多,明显多于气虚质、阳虚质、气郁质、阴虚质、瘀血质、平和质(P<0.05),各种体质型Hp抗体阳性率比较无明显差异(P>0.05),各种体质型中病程大于10年和小于1年组抗体阳性率明显高于病程在1～5年、大于5年小于10年组(P<0.05),结论:Hp感染者中以湿热质、痰湿质居多,Hp抗体阳性率与体质型无关,病程在小于1年和大于10年者抗体阳性率分布高,可能与感染Hp菌株不同相关,湿热质、痰湿质Hp抗体阳性且病程大于10年者应为中药调治的重点。

TCM constitution analysis of 600 Hp infected patients

Objective： To investigate the TCM constitution of Helicobacter pylori （Hp） infected persons. Methods： Nine TCM Constitution, 600 Hp infected persons accepted physical identification and analysis, study Hp antibodies of various physical type, the relationship between illness length and Hp antibody. Results： Damp-heat, phlegm-damp were majority, significantly more than the Qi deficiency constitution, Yang deficiency constitution, Qi depression, Yin deficiency, blood stasis and gentleness constitution （P〈0.05）, There was no significant difference during Hp antibody positive rate in various physical types （P〉0.05）, a variety of physical type of disease course more than 10 years and less than 1 year antibody positive rate were significantly higher than that in the course of five years, more than five years and less than 10 years （P〈0.05）. Conclusion：Hp infected persons, damp-heat, phlegm-damp are the majority ones, Hp antibody positive rate has nothing to do with the physical type, disease course less than one year and more than 10 years, the higher distribution of antibody positive rate, which may be infected with different Hp strains. Damp-heat, phlegm-damp Hp with more than 10 years’ disease course should be the focus of modulating medicine.
