中医疗法治疗胃溃疡的临床疗效

目的:探讨中医疗法对治疗胃溃疡的临床疗效。方法:将58例胃部溃疡患者的性别、年龄以及病症程度,随机将其分为了中医组和西医组,每组各29例。中医组在治疗中根据患者胃溃疡的类型,展开不同的中医用药治疗。西医组,在治疗中主要采用兰索拉唑、阿莫西林、洁维乐凝胶、克拉霉素等进行治疗。结果:经过3个月疗程治疗与12个月观察,中医组显效23例,有效4例,无效2例,总有效率93.10%;西医组显效20例,有效4例,无效5例,总有效率82.75%;12个月后,中医组复发1例,西医组复发6例,占20.68%。结论:采用中医治疗方式治疗胃溃疡临床疗效显著,值得临床推广应用。

Clinical effect of TCM in treating gastric ulcer

Objective： To investigate clinical effect of TCM therapy in gastric ulcer. Methods： 58 patients of gastric ulcer were randomly assigned to two groups, 29 patients in each group. The TCM treated group was given different TCM medicines according to the types of gastric ulcer, while the modern medicine treated group was given lansoprazole, amoxicillin, phosgel and clarithromycin. Results： After 3 month treatment and 12 month observation, 23 cases in the TCM treated group turned to be significantly effective, 4 cases effective and 2 cases ineffective, with the total effective rate 93.10%. In the modern medicine treated group, 20 cases were significantly effective, 4 cases effective and 5 cases ineffective, with the total effective rate 82.75%. 12 months later, only 1 case relapsed in TCM treated group, and 6 cases in another group, occupied 20.68% in all. Conclusion： TCM therapy was effective in treating gastric ulcer, and it was worth a wide clinical application.
