玉屏风散加减治疗小儿过敏性咳嗽的临床观察

目的：观察玉屏风散加减治疗小儿过敏性咳嗽的临床治疗效果。方法：选取2011年1月-2013年1月于本院治疗的58例小儿过敏性咳嗽患者，将其随机分为观察组和对比组，每组29例，观察组采用玉屏风散加减进行治疗，对比组采用激素抗过敏、解痉平喘等治疗。对两组患儿的临床治疗效果进行分析对比。结果：观察组临床治疗总有效率为93.3%，对比组临床治疗总有效率为83.3%，观察组临床疗效明显优于对比组（P〈0.05）。结论：在小儿过敏性咳嗽的临床治疗中，与单纯采用西药及激素治疗相较，采用玉屏风散加减临床治疗效果明显较好，值得临床推广应用。

Clinical observation on treating allergic cough in children with Yupingfeng San

To observe clinical effects of Yupingfeng San on allergic cough in children. Methods： 58 patients were randomly divided into two groups, the observation group was given Yupingfeng San; another was given western medicine. Results：The total efficiency in the observation was 93.3%, significantly better than 83.3% in the control （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Yupingfeng San was good at treating allergic cough in children, and is worthy of clinical promotion.
