小柴胡汤加减治疗中风后眩晕疗效观察

目的：探讨小柴胡汤加减治疗中风后眩晕的临床效果。方法：选取我院自2011年7月-2013年7月收治的70例中风后眩晕患者，随机分为观察组与参考组，各35例，两组患者均采用常规西药治疗，观察组患者在此基础上采用小柴胡汤加减治疗，参考组患者在此基础上采用地芬尼多片治疗，比较两组患者临床治疗效果、血浆浓度及治疗中不良反应发生情况。结果：观察组患者治疗总有效率明显大于参考组（P〈0.05），两组患者血浆黏度均明显下降，观察组患者血浆黏度明显低于参考组，有统计学意义（P〈0.05）；观察组患者不良反应发生率明显低于参考组（P〈0.05）。结论：小柴胡汤辨证加减治疗中风后眩晕效果显著，有效降低血浆黏稠度，促进临床症状的改善，效果显著。

Clinical observation on treating vertigo following stroke with the Xiao Chaihu decoction

To discuss clinical effects of the Xiao Chaihu decoction on vertigo following stroke. Methods：70 patients were randomly divided into two groups, 35 cases for each, all patients were given routine western medicine, the observation was given Xiao Chaihu decoction more, while the control was treated with difenidol tablets. Clinical effects, plasma concentration and the incidence of side reactions in two groups were compared. Results：The total efficacy in the observation was higher （P〈0.05）, plasma viscosity in two groups obviously decreased, especially in the control （P〈0.05）. Conclusion：The Xiao Chaihu decoction shows obvious effects on vertigo following stroke, can reduce plasma viscosity and improve clinical symptoms.
