| 摘 要： | 目的：探究分析对复发性霉菌性阴道炎患者采用加味桂芍四妙汤配合中药外洗进行治疗的临床效果。方法：将我院2012年8月-2013年8月收治的85例复发性霉菌性阴道炎患者随机分为观察组（43例）和对照组（42例），对照组患者给予酮康唑胶囊联合外用制菌阴道栓治疗，观察组患者给予自拟加味桂芍四妙汤配合中药外洗治疗。结果：观察组患者的治疗总有效率明显高于对照组（P〈0.05）；观察组患者的复发率显著低于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论：对复发性霉菌性阴道炎患者采用加味桂芍四妙汤配合中药外洗进行治疗，能够有效提高治疗有效率，降低复发率。

A clinical analysis of treating recurrent fungal vaginitis in TCM |

| Abstract: | To investigate clinical effects of the Guishao Simiao decoction plus external washing of TCM medicine on recurrent fungal vaginitis. Methods： 85 patients were randomly divided into two groups, the control group was given western medicine;another was given the Guishao Simiao decoction plus external washing of TCM medicine. Results：The total efficiency in the observation group was significantly better, and the recurrence rate in the observation was lower （P〈0.05）. Conclusion：The Guishao Simiao decoction plus external washing of TCM medicine can effectively improve the efficiency, reduce the recurrence rate. |
