| 摘 要： | 目的：应用丹莪妇康煎膏对接受人工流产术治疗的各年龄段患者实施术后治疗，对其的临床效果进行研究。方法：将我院收治的80例接受人工流产术治疗的各年龄段患者，其中年龄小于20岁、20～30岁、30～40岁、40岁以上患者各20例，分别定义为甲、乙、丙、丁四组。采用丹莪妇康煎膏对其实施术后治疗。结果：甲组患者的术后治疗效果优于其他三组，但无显著差异（P〉0.05）（有效率为95.0%、90.0%、90.0%、85.0%）；出血症状持续时间（2.96±0.78）d、腹痛症状持续时间（4.27±1.05）d、治疗总时间（7.44±1.39）d，明显短于其他三组（4.71±1.14，7.02±1.46，11.35±2.16）d、（4.69±1.08，7.13±1.87，11.26±2.04）d、（5.18±1.37，7.96±1.53，12.09±2.25）d；四组患者均为出现任何药物不良反应。结论：应用丹莪妇康煎膏对接受人工流产术治疗的各年龄段患者实施术后治疗的临床效果非常明显。

A clinical analysis of Dan’e Fukang Gao on treating abortion |

| Abstract: | Objective：To research clinical effects of Dan’e Fukang Gao on abortion. Methods：80 patients were divided into four groups by different range, all given Dane Fukang Gao. Results： Effects in the A were better than that in the other with no statistical difference （P〉0.05） （the total efficacy was 95.0%,90.0%,90.0%,85.0%respectively）;duration of symptoms of bleeding （2.96±0.78）d and abdominal pain （4.27±1.05）d, the total treating time （7.44±1.39）d in the A were obviously shorter than that in the other （4.71±1.14, 7.02±1.46, 11.35±2.16）d, （4.69±1.08, 7.13±1.87, 11.26±2.04）d, （5.18±1.37, 7.96±1.53, 12.09±2.25）d; all patients have no side reactions. Conclusion：Dan’e Fukang Gao shows obvious effects on abortion in patients of all ages. |
