解郁通络汤用于中风后抑郁症的临床效果观察

目的：对解郁通络汤用于中风后抑郁症的临床效果进行观察。方法：选取我院自2011年9月-2013年9月收治的90例中风后抑郁症患者随机分为观察组与参考组，各为45例，观察组采用解郁通络汤治疗，参考组采用常规临床治疗，比较两组患者临床治疗效果、Zung焦虑自评量表（SAS）、汉密尔顿抑郁量表（HAMD）评分。结果：观察组患者治疗总有效率为91.1%，参考组患者治疗总有效率为71.1%，数据比较有统计学意义（P〈0.05）；两组患者SAS、HAMD评分均出现明显下降（P〈0.05），观察组患者 SAS、HAMD 评分均明显优于参考组，有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论：解郁通络汤用于中风后抑郁症能够有效改善患者心理状态，效果显著。

Clinical observation on treating PSD with Jieyu Tongluo decoction

Objective： To observe clinical efficacy of Jieyu Tongluo decoction on treating PSD. Methods： 90 patients were randomly divided into two groups, the observation group was given Jieyu Tongluo decoction, and another was given routine treatment. Results：The total efficiency in the observation was 91.1%, it was 71.1%in the control, the difference was statistically significant （P＆gt;0.05）;the scores of SAS and HAMD in two groups were significantly decreased （P〈0.05）, and the observation group was significant better, with statistically significant difference （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Jieyu Tongluo decoction can improve patients’ psychological status, with remarkable effective.
