通络和胃法治疗胃溃疡96例

目的：观察通络和胃法治疗胃溃疡的临床疗效。方法：采用自拟通络和胃汤结合西医常规治疗胃溃疡96例，并与对照组单纯用西医常规治疗胃溃疡94例进行比较。结果：治疗组在临床症状、阳性体征改善、医技检查等方面优于对照组，且复发率明显降低。结论：通络和胃法治疗胃溃疡比单用西医治疗疗效好，复发率低，值得推广。

Treating 96 cases of stomach ulcer by Tongluo Hewei therapy

Objective：To observe clinical efficacy of the Tongluo Hewei therapy for stomach ulcer. Methods：96 cases of stomach ulcer were treated with conventional western medicine plus Tongluo Hewei decoction. Results： The treatment group was better than the control group in clinical symptoms, positive signs of body, medical examination and other aspects, and the recurrence rate was significantly reduced. Conclusion：Tongluo Hewei therapy was better than western medicine solo, the recurrence rate was low, and worthy of promoting.
