中西医结合治疗胰岛素抵抗临床观察

目的：通过观察口服二甲双胍缓释片，合并中药桃仁承气汤加味治疗2型糖尿病胰岛素抵抗证属痰瘀互结证的临床效果，探讨中药的作用机制。方法：80例患者随机分为治疗组和对照组，40例治疗组给予桃仁承气汤加味合并口服二甲双胍缓释片1.0g，2次/日，40例对照组口服二甲双胍缓释片1.0g，2次/d，三个月后观察临床症状，胰岛素抵抗改善情况，判定疗效。结果：治疗组40例，显效15例（37.5%），有效20例（50.0%），无效5例（12.5%），总有效率87.5%。对照组40例，显效11例（27.5%），有效18例（45.0%），无效11例（27.5%），总有效率72.5%。结论：中西医结合论证2型糖尿病证属痰瘀互结证的胰岛素抵抗，疗效显著。

Clinical observation on treating insulin resistance in the integrative medicine

Objective： To investigate the oral metformin tablets combined with Taoren Chengqi decoction for insulin resistance in diabetes 2, discuss the mechanism of TCM. Methods： 80 patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, 40 cases in the treatment group were given Taoren Chengqi decoction combined with oral metformin tablets 1.0g, 2 times a day, 40 cases in the control group were treated with metformin tablets 1.0g, 2 times a day. Three months later, clinical symptoms and insulin resistance to determine efficacy were observed to determine efficacy. Results： In the treatment group, 40 cases were cured, 15 cases （37.5%） markedly effective, 20 cases （50.0%） effective, 5 cases （12.5%） invalid, the total efficacy was 87.5%. In the control group, 40 cases markedly effective in 11 cases （27.5%）, effective in 18 cases （45.0%）, invalid in 11 cases （27.5%）, the total efficiency was 72.5%. Conclusion： The integrative medicine for insulin resistance of Tanyu Hujie type has good clinical efficacy.
